Catie created Harmony Health in 2015. She earned a B.S. in Health and Wellness after serving in the U.S. Navy and has been helping people on their wellness journeys for over 17 years. Catie teaches all styles of yoga, Pilates fitness, leads retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings. She also works with clients one-to-one and provides corporate wellness.
Catie is an E-RYT 500 teacher and trainer.
Monet grew up dancing and has brought that passion into a great way to stay active with friends through Smooth Grooves. She created Smooth Grooves as an easy to learn dance class that keeps you moving for the full hour to get your heart rate up. When not on the dance floor, Monet is an amazing mom of two and Ophthalmic Technician.
Kelly found a passion for yoga, living a healthier and less stressful lifestyle after she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2008. Kelly teaches multiple styles of yoga and continues to learn to better offer classes that are accessible to everyBODY, build strength, find an inner connection, and have fun.
Kelly is an E-RYT 500 certified teacher and trainer.
Courtney leaves it all on the dance floor and loves sharing dance with our members. She knows everyone can be an amazing dancer and wants to help the inner dancer come out in all of us. Courtney also creates resin pieces and leads workshops to teach others how to create art and functional pieces.
Jill fell in love with yoga when she realized how much it had to offer to our senior community. She teaches all styles of yoga and pilates fitness classes. Jill has also expanded her wellness offerings to include Reiki, and shares Reiki at Harmony Health once a month. Jill is an RYT 500 certified teacher.
Wilda found yoga while exploring new hobbies during retirement. She found a practice that allowed her to tap into her love of teaching others and restoring calm and wellbeing to all aspects of the Self. She brings a well-rounded mix of teaching tools and fun to each of her classes.

Bridget has been teaching various types of dance including Smooth Grooves and has a background in Zumba. She is your biggest fan anytime you join her on the dance floor for class.
Cynthia was a self-taught yogi focused on physical benefits, until delving deeper into the yogic lifestyle, exploring asana, breath control, and meditation. She journeyed to Rishikesh, India, for a deeper understanding to embrace the true essence of yoga and the mesmerizing world of Himalayan singing bowls.
Cynthia is an E-RYT 500 certified teacher and trainer.
Lauren began her yoga journey in 2012 and found that the practice continued to return in her life, at the most needed times. She has a passion for helping others find deeper mind body awareness, and to achieve balance through yoga and meditation. When she is not on the mat, you can find Lauren at the beach paddleboarding or practicing rope flow.
Lauren is an RYT 200 certified teacher.
Vivian is a Master of Medical Qigong - a practice she sets to music and loves teaching. Qigong is the best way to keep energy moving and health flowing in your being. She is also an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, as well as a Tahitian and Hula Dancer. .Join Vivian for Qigong twice monthly or for an upcoming dance event!
Jason started his yoga journey in 2021 on the spur of the moment when someone invited him to a class. He never expected it to take him to where he is today! Jason enjoys guiding members through more active classes, especially swing. When not in the studio, you can typically find Jason day dreaming about life as a pirate teaching yoga on the seven seas! Jason is an RYT 200 certified teacher.
Kailey is the newest addition to our team! She grew up dancing with Courtney and Monet. Currently a student at ODU, Kailey enjoys sharing her energy and laughter on the dance floor.
