A multi-level class that highlights the softer side of a movement based yoga practice.  We will offer more time to get in and out of poses and fewer standing poses to find self-awareness in more grounded spaces.

This class is perfect for those new to yoga or those who would like a more instructional class that focuses on foundational poses and breathwork.  You can expect clear, easy to follow guidance throughout this class with pose breakdowns to help you learn the vocabulary, understand dynamics and alignment.

This class builds on the yoga basics and offers a wider variety of poses with less time spent on foundations and more time to explore new movements and breath techniques.

This class is meant to challenge you to try more complex and intricate asana, pranayama, and meditation with little instruction focused on foundations so we can spend more time learning new challenging sequences.

A floor based class focused on exploring passive poses and how shape, weight, and gravity can deepen the stretch you feel in your poses.  This class is quiet, still, and reflective - all qualities of Yin - the moon, feminine, inner aspects of each individual.

A floor based practice catering to the nervous system and restoring balance to mind, body, spirit.  You will feel completely supported in long held poses with the help of props (blankets, bolsters, straps) and a comforting atmosphere.

Yoga Nidra x Move + Meditate

A journey of progressive relaxation to help bring you to a state of total rest while enjoying a dream like yogic sleep.  We begin this practice with movement to warm the joints and tissues of the body and then settle into a savasana like pose with creature comforts (blankets, pillows, bolsters) for a guided relaxation.

An upbeat, energetic Pilates based class incorporating functional fitness, Barre, Balletone, and light cardio circuits into each session.  We will focus more on strength building and cardio effort in these classes that sometimes incorporate light weight, Pilates and stability balls.
