Catie is the founder of Harmony Health. She earned a B.S. in Health and Wellness after serving in the U.S. Navy and has been helping people on their wellness journeys for over 15 years. Catie teaches all styles of yoga and pilates fitness, leads yoga retreats, workshops, and teacher training programs. She also works with clients one-to-one and provides corporate wellness.
Kelly is passionate about making yoga accessible to folks with autoimmune issues, like multiple sclerosis. Kelly has been teaching since 2016 and leads all styles of yoga. Her favorite class to teach is restorative because it focuses on balancing the nervous system.
Jill fell in love with yoga when she realized how much it had to offer to our senior community. She teaches all styles of yoga and pilates fitness classes. Jill has also expanded her wellness offerings to include Reiki, and shares Reiki at Harmony Health once a month in both studios.
Brenda is the "Pocket.sized.yogi" - she shares a beautiful energy and lovely words with all who attend her classes. A paralegal by day, and retired member of the U.S. Navy, Brenda loves that yoga is the right choice for everybody.
Wilda found yoga while exploring new hobbies during retirement. She found a practice that allowed her to tap into her love of teaching others and restoring calm and wellbeing to all aspects of the Self. She brings a well-rounded mix of teaching tools and fun to each of her classes.
Lauren began her yoga journey in 2012 and found that the practice continued to return in her life, at the most needed times. She has a passion for helping others find deeper mind body awareness, and to achieve balance through yoga and meditation. When she is not on the mat, you can find Lauren at the beach paddleboarding or practicing rope flow.
Lian received a clinical Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Her mission, as a pink guide on this journey of yoga, is to empower you to discover your own unique individual pathway towards self-regulation, resilience and transcendence.
Shannon fell in love with yoga on her journey of living with Multiple Sclerosis. She is passionate about teaching yoga for every body, making yoga inclusive and accessible to everyone. Shannon is also a registered Children's Yoga teacher, and infuses fun and playfulness into her children's yoga class.
Victoria first started teaching yoga during the pandemic (the crazy times we live in)! She is also an ordained minister at Agape East Spiritual Center, a Reiki Master and meditation facilitator. Her classes focus a lot on communication with the Self and others, for better health and more joy in living.
